Bequest

You may be looking for a way to make a significant gift to help further our mission. A bequest is a gift made through your will or trust. It is one of the most popular and flexible ways that you can support our cause.

Gift Annuity

You transfer your cash or appreciated property to our organization in exchange for our promise to pay you fixed payments (with rates based on your age) for the rest of your life.

IRA Charitable Rollover

An IRA charitable rollover allows individuals age 70½ or older to reduce their taxable income by making a gift directly from their IRA.

Charitable Remainder Trusts

If you are concerned about the high cost of capital gains tax, funding a charitable remainder trust with appreciated assets can help you avoid this tax. We offer two types, Charitable Remainder Unitrust and Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust.

You fund a charitable remainder unitrust with cash or appreciated property. The trust sells your property tax-free and provides you with income for life or a term of years.
